These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and coaching services provided by Grounded Presence Coaching ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). By booking a call, purchasing a service, joining a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer one-on-one coaching and educational programs focused on personal development, communication, confidence, and dating. The specific scope, format, duration, and deliverables of any service will be described at the time of booking or enrollment. We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Coaching is a collaborative relationship. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to romantic, relational, or personal results. Your progress depends on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.
Fees for coaching and programs are communicated before purchase. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe); by paying, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation policies for individual sessions will be communicated when you book. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree to engage respectfully and lawfully. Our coaching promotes honest, respectful, consensual, and ethical conduct toward others. We do not condone manipulation, coercion, harassment, or any illegal behavior, and we reserve the right to terminate services, without refund, for conduct that violates this principle.
All content, materials, curricula, recordings, and resources we provide are our intellectual property or licensed to us. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or share them without our written permission.
We treat the personal information you share in coaching as confidential and will not disclose it except as needed to provide services, with your consent, or as required by law.
Our services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
